Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be requested via email or our online booking form.

  • Bookings will be secured when the 20% booking deposit is received.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due 3 days before the event date. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking.

  • Accepted methods of payment include secure credit card, PayPal, bank transfer

Cancellations

  • Any cancellations made up to 28 hours before the booking will result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

  • Any cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will forfeit all moneys paid.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, (including poor weather), providing a full refund or alternative dates.

Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to your booking (time, or extras) must be requested 24 hours before the event and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • Your booking can be rescheduled more than 3 days before the event with no fees applied. If you wish to reschedule your event, the deposit paid will be transferred to the new date, if available. If the new date is not available, cancellation fees will apply.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery and collection times will be agreed upon at the time of booking. 

  • Any damage to equipment or property caused by the client or their guests will incur additional charges for repair or replacement.

Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our rental items. Our liability is limited to the total rental fee paid. 

Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, during your event.
